  • Text-based conversational automation
  • Call, booking, or service management integrations
  • Custom API & third-party platform integrations (e.g., Vapi, Retell, Voiceflow, OpenAI, Zapier, Make, Google A2A)

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Use Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse, reverse engineer, or resell our technology
  • Not transmit harmful or illegal content via our systems
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

5. AI and Data Usage

Our Services may collect and process audio, voice, or textual data shared through AI interactions. You agree and acknowledge:

  • Data may be used to improve AI models and services (with anonymization)
  • You are solely responsible for informing your customers if call recording or AI interaction is used
  • You have appropriate consent to capture or process voice/text on your end

6. Fees & Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing or using paid features, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as outlined in your selected plan
  • Authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method
  • No refunds unless explicitly mentioned in our refund policy

All payments are non-transferable and exclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google APIs, OpenAI, Zapier). You acknowledge:

  • Use of such tools is subject to their respective terms

  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the last 3 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orivo AI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
